FACILITIES:
- 46 tanks, 670,000 barrels total capacity ranging in size from 10,000
gallons through 100,000 barrels. Tanks meet all emissions, spill control
and inspection compliance standards. Secondary containment is in place
along with general cathodic protection.
- 2 Truck Loading Racks: A fully automated 2-bay rack with vapor recovery, instrument metering and controlled additive injection system; a second 2-bay truck rack with a 70'scale under one bay, primarily to service chemical traffic.
- Railcar loading/unloading facility with appropriate containment.
- Flexible warehousing and office space available for customers on-site..
- Infrastructure is in place for efficient blending, steam heating, vapor control, product monitoring and tank-cleaning services.

- Fully secured facility
- Facility belongs to Bay Area emergency response consortium, has conducted appropriate drills for the U.S.Coast Guard. Employees meet all OSHA and EPA training requirements.
- Risk Management Plan in place and full compliance with state, local and federal requirements including monitoring of emission and effluent permit limits is tracked in ISO 14001 format.
