- Accessed by Louisiana Offshore Pipeline system (LOOP) with links to nearby refinery complex

FACILITIES:
- 170 tanks, 11.4 million barrels total capacity ranging in size from
40,000 gallons to 500,000 barrels. Tanks meet all emissions, spill
control and inspection compliance standards.
- Truck and railcar loading/unloading facilities with spill containment and many fitted with vapor emissions control and monitoring instrumentation.
- Flexible plant-wide infrastructure for efficient blending, steam and hot-oil heating, vapor emissions control, product monitoring and tank-cleaning services.

RESPONSIBLE CARE:
- Fully secure, 24-hour manned facility
- Emergency spill and fire control capabilities on site supported by accredited EPA/Coast Guard contract services.
- Personnel are trained in accord with OSHA and EPA requirements and periodic spill control drills are conducted.
- A tertiary wastewater treatment plant is in place and all effluents are monitored for compliance with permit standards before discharge.
- A formal Risk Management Plan is in place and full compliance with state, local and federal requirements including monitoring of emission and effluent permit limits tracked in ISO 14001 format.

SPECIAL SERVICES:
- On-site and corporate engineering offices for prompt and knowledgeable handling of customer technical service requirements, custom design including development of "terminal-within-the-terminal" configurations
- Quality assurance program for operations is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
