  • A tertiary wastewater treatment plant is in place and all effluents are monitored for compliance with permit standards before discharge

  • Highway access off I-310 (Exit 3) then two miles east along La. Hwy 48 
  • This terminal has both truck and rail loading and unloading capabilities
  • Rail access through Canadian National system 
  • Five deepwater ship berths (47’ draft and 900’ maximum LOA); 17 barge berths
  • Access to Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP) with additional pipeline connections to nearby refinery and petrochemical complexes

 

Benzene Fenceline Monitoring

Program Overview

  • Benzene concentration data collected since May 2021
  • Data from passive fenceline samplers collected from 24 locations every two weeks and analyzed by an independent laboratory utilizing EPA Method 325
  • Results are reported to EPA quarterly
